Jack was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Before joining CDBA he worked in congressional relations, first at the Department of Agriculture and later at the White House Office of the National Cyber Director. A third-generation Eagle Scout and graduate of Xavier University, Jack has also worked as campaign field organizer in Ozaukee Co., Wisconsin.
