How the CDFI Model Works
Partners is a community development financial institution certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. We work with other CDFIs across the country, pairing private and public capital with local insight to fill market gaps. The CDFI model delivers patient, flexible financing to projects that traditional lenders often overlook, aligning risk with mission.
