Dionne Moore is a thoughtful senior leader with extensive commercial banking and CDFI experience. She is skilled in credit, risk management, business development, portfolio management and relationship building.
As Chief Credit Officer, Dionne oversees underwriting, loan closings, portfolio management and servicing of all lending programs. She is responsible for asset and risk management, including ensuring the quality of our portfolio, monitoring the adequacy of our loan loss reserves, and maintaining our credit policies. She monitors organizational adherence to funding projects that both align with the mission and comply with underwriting and credit policies. She is passionate about creating equity in our compromised and economically disadvantaged communities through collaborative partnerships with other CDFI’s. She works to implement creative financial solutions to enhance the mission; closing the gap one transaction at a time.
Ms. Moore has 35 years of loan sourcing, underwriting, portfolio management and risk management in C&I, CRE, and community development as a commercial banker and CDFI professional. Dionne came to PCG from Eagle Bank, where she was a Vice President and C&I Relationship Manager. Prior to Eagle Bank, Dionne spent almost 21 years at National Cooperative Bank, a national lender supporting cooperative businesses and projects serving low-income communities throughout the country. As its Vice President, she oversaw a team of portfolio managers, sourced loans and ensured credit decisions were reached through the bank’s existing credit and loan policies.
Dionne holds a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Virginia Union University.
