Kevin McQueen

Kevin is the director of lending at the Leviticus Fund, where he oversees debt investments supporting mission-driven real estate developers, emphasizing affordable housing and community facilities in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He combines deal structuring and strategic planning expertise with a deep commitment to community development.
During his career of more than 40 years, Kevin has held leadership roles at BWB Solutions, where he advised philanthropic and development institutions on impact investment strategies, and at Capital Impact Partners, where he provided innovative financing for mission-driven enterprises. Kevin is also an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University and the New School, teaching graduate-level courses in community development finance, financial management, and urban policy.
Kevin holds a degree in ethics and political philosophy from Brown University and studied global political economy and finance at the New School for Social Research.
