Natasha Shulinina

Natasha Shulinina is a highly experienced financial services professional with a broad-based expertise in commercial lending. As the Senior Loan Officer at Partners for the Common Good, Natasha is responsible for originating and underwriting affordable housing, community facilities, clean energy, and New Markets Tax Credits transactions.

Natasha has a successful track record in commercial real estate, community development, credit risk management, as well as extensive financial analysis/underwriting experience. She has special expertise in structuring and originating large & complex transactions. She has been active in the DMV market for the past 18 years. Natasha has a strong quantitative background and deep knowledge of compliance, legal documentation and reporting.

Prior to joining Partners, Natasha held a variety of roles at large and small financial institutions. Most recently, she worked as a Commercial Relationship Manager and VP-Commercial Lending at several community banks. Prior to that, she was the Financial Risk Manager for National Capital Bank. Natasha's extensive experience also includes commercial banking roles at JP Morgan Chase and Wachovia/Wells Fargo.

Natasha is passionate about community development, impact investing, and socially responsible lending. She holds a B.A. in German/Linguistics from University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.
