Overview: 

Founded in 1978, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focusing on environmental infrastructure (water, wastewater and solid waste facilities), affordable housing development, community resilience and disaster planning, economic and leadership development, and community development finance.

Our Mission:

RCAC partners with underserved rural and Indigenous communities to achieve their vision and well-being through technical assistance, training, financial resources and advocacy.
