Tenfold Community Lending

Overview:

Tenfold Community Lending works to provide a supportive word or guiding hand to help people overcome homelessness, and gain skills to achieve housing stability. They do so by equipping first-time homebuyers with closing cost down payment assistance and developers with funds to increase the supply of affordable housing units. Intrinsically, Tenfold advocates for housing equality and accessibility.
