As the lending subsidiary and Certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), ROC USA Capital is a trusted steward of public and private capital. ROC USA partners  include national and regional banks, insurance companies and other CDFIs in addition to state and local governments and the U.S. Treasury Department’s CDFI Fund.

ROC USA was launched in 2008 to make quality resident ownership viable nationwide and to expand economic opportunities for homeowners in manufactured (sometimes still outdatedly called “mobile”) home communities.
