PCDC is a nonprofit that provides capital financing, expertise, and advocacy to expand primary care access and advance health equity in communities that need it most. As a result of 30+ years of steady growth, PCDC has leveraged more than $1.57 billion in both NMTC awards and direct loans, created over 21,000 construction and health care jobs, and provided technical assistance and training to hundreds of health care organizations around the country, creating financial sustainability, better access to primary care, and better health outcomes in communities that need it most.
