Through targeted capital deployment, strategic partnerships, and a history of executing in difficult development environments, Invest Detroit has become a central figure in the revitalization efforts in the City of Detroit and The State of Michigan. Invest Detroit creates financial vehicles to bridge funding gaps and advocate for collaborative systemic change through intentionally dismantling barriers and providing access for historically underserved communities.
