Overview:
As a certified CDFI and approved CRA, Impact Development Fund supports projects that bring together multi-faceted community stakeholders including nonprofit organizations, developers, community banks, individuals and local and state government. Starting with strategic planning for future projects, through the application process to ultimately securing financing, we help overcome obstacles to ensure critical community projects can break ground.
Our Mission:
Impact Development Fund’s mission is to help people within our underserved communities seek fulfillment for themselves and their families by providing access to affordable living. We create these opportunities by delivering flexible capital to nonprofit organizations, developers and others who support the underserved.
