Forward Community Investments transforms communities by supporting projects and programs that focus on affordable housing, job creation, economic development and basic social services. We provide money and expert advisory services to nonprofit organizations serving our most in-need communities. Since our inception in 1994, we have deployed over $287 million in capital through loans, grants, tax credits, and equity investments, funding initiatives that create lasting benefits for low- to moderate-income communities across the state.
