Overview:

Enterprise Community Loan Fund (ECLF) meets the critical capital needs of communities across the country. ECLF provides community developers access to interim financing, which is otherwise unavailable for local projects such as affordable housing, childcare facilities, charter schools and healthcare facilities. ECLF has lent more than $1 billion to develop, preserve or rehabilitate over 83,000 homes for low- and very-low-income people across the United States. ECLF is a U.S. Treasury Department-certified Community Development Financial Institution, with more than $140 million in assets.
