Overview:

CDFI Friendly South Bend was founded to bring CDFI financing to the City of South Bend. CDFIFSB connects with local borrowers to understand their capital needs and then matches them with lenders to meet those needs.

Our Mission:

CDFI Friendly works to increase the flow of capital in our region in support of affordable housing, small businesses, and nonprofits benefiting the community’s residents.
